【Itinerary】
🌅Gather around 7am, arrive at the parking lot at around 10am, transfer to the local transfer bus to the starting point of the hike, and start hiking after a simple warm-up.

🚶🏼Start the descent at around 14:30, and expect to descend the mountain before 17:00 and return to Chengdu, arriving around 20:00.

【Hiking information】
Altitude: 1000 meters in altitude, the highest point is about 3900 meters above sea level, 4.6 km one way, 10 km round trip
⚠️Each step of the wooden plank road is very wide, which is not friendly to people with short legs. It is difficult to climb uphill and it is more difficult to climb downhill. It is recommended to bring trekking poles.

【Hiking route】
The starting point, Sanjiaoba Post Station, is at an altitude of -2969m. On the way, we passed: Yanwo Station (elevation -3155m) - Caopo Station (elevation -3473m) - Rhododendron Forest (elevation -3673m) - the end point Longchi (elevation 3934) Daily equipment (raincoat, power bank, road food, trekking pole), quick-drying clothes/slings, plus assault jackets/sun protection clothes, it is suitable, no need to bring thick coats

❗❗❗Some suggestions:
1⃣The weather in western Sichuan changes very quickly during this season. It is sunny in the mountains and rainy in the mountains. Be sure to wear waterproof clothing or bring a raincoat.
2⃣ The climb up and down the mountain is quite large, so wear hiking shoes with strong grip. The wind on the mountain is a bit strong, so remember to bring a jacket to keep warm (you can bring a liner or fleece)
3⃣There are many beautiful flowers on the mountain. Don’t pick them, or you will be punished!
It takes 4⃣2 hours to reach the summit, and the descent starts at 15:00 at the latest
5⃣ Wear knee pads, stairs really hurt your knees
6⃣There are many wild deer ear leeks on the mountain, a paradise for junglers, bring a sack!
7⃣ Currently, only private cars or scenic area transfer vehicles can enter. Cars with more than nine seats are not allowed to enter the scenic area.
