Bustling, ceremonial, and family-friendly

This year's lantern festival is themed around the Yangtze River and the myths of Jingchu, with a strong Wuhan flavor that will make locals feel right at home.

🏮 The goddess of Wushan, the god of clouds, and the river god from the Songs of Chu have come to the mortal world to celebrate the New Year.

🏮 The adorable garlic bird, the "Wuhan Peace Bird" that went viral online, is also here, along with the "level test lantern" to test your Wuhan dialect skills.

🏮 The garden party, grand parade, and Hankouli temple fair will keep the whole family entertained.

I went to the park before the lanterns were lit and walked around the whole park. I found that the craftsmanship of the masters has improved again, and the details of the lanterns are exquisite and vivid. Walking around the park is like visiting a large installation exhibition. 🔥
No wonder some people say, "This year's lanterns look great even when they're not lit!" 🈵

After the lantern festival, you can also watch the parade and visit the temple fair. 🏮
Hankouli Street has been decorated for the Spring Festival, with various Wuhan snacks gathered together, perfect for the whole family to enjoy the festive atmosphere. 💥
