🌳Wuhan Zhongshan Park
Located beside Jiefang Avenue in Hankou, Wuhan Zhongshan Park is one of the nation's top 100 historic gardens and a key national park. Formerly known as "Xiyuan" (West Garden), it was established in 1910 as a private garden covering over three acres. In the third year of the Republic of China, Xiyuan expanded to more than 20 acres; later it was nationalized and finally renamed Zhongshan Park. The park is divided into three scenic areas: front, middle, and rear:
