Wuxi Xihui Park

I've never been to the garden within Xihui Park, so I decided to pay the CNY 5 entrance fee and take a look. It was beautiful! I never knew there was such a peaceful place here, and the scenery is amazing!

It's the most beautiful time of the year, and every day of winter should be cherished. When I stumbled upon this lesser-known Jiangnan garden, I immediately canceled my other plans to enjoy the fall foliage.

This hidden gem is the China Azalea Garden in Wuxi, Jiangsu. While it's known for its azaleas in spring, the fall foliage is just as stunning as any other attraction. Plus, it's not crowded, making it easy to take great photos.

Best photo spots:
1. Zhaoying Pavilion
2. Leshan Leshui Pavilion and the nearby stone bridge
3. Rongchun Pavilion near Zhizhu Corridor

I recommend taking photos at 3 pm.

Tickets: Since it's inside Xihui Park, you'll need to buy a CNY 10 park ticket first, then pay CNY 5 to enter the Azalea Garden.

Opening hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm

Transportation: If you're driving, navigate to the Xihui Park Qingshan West Gate Ticket Office. There's an underground parking lot nearby. Once inside the park, head left and walk past the children's playground to reach the Azalea Garden. If you're taking the subway, get off at Huishan Ancient Town, but be prepared for a longer walk. I drove there, which was more convenient.
