Savoring Chang'an | Taking you to explore the vibrant life under Qin bricks and Han tiles 🏮
【Day 1: Experience the Charm of the Millennium Imperial Capital】
📍Shaanxi History Museum (Closed on Mondays, reservation required)
Palaces open to the nine heavens, where envoys from myriad nations pay homage. Every artifact here tells a legend of the Silk Road. Don't miss the museum's treasure, the "Gilded Beast-Head Agate Cup"!
📍Daci'en Temple (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
Listen to Buddhist chants beneath the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. It was here that Master Xuanzang translated Buddhist scriptures. In the evening, the North Square features Asia's largest musical fountain, with water screens reflecting the ancient pagoda – it's truly spectacular.
【Day 2: Journey Through Prosperous Chang'an】
📍Terracotta Army (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
It's recommended to combine your visit with the 'Resurrection of the Army' performance. When soldiers from a thousand years ago march past you, it will truly give you goosebumps. There's a Starbucks inside the scenic area where you can rest your feet ☕
📍Huaqing Palace (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Yang Guifei's hot spring pools still steam with mist. In the evening, the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' live-action performance is breathtakingly beautiful (available from March to November only).
【Foodie Alert】🍜
At Huimin Street, you must tear the bread yourself for the authentic Laomijia Paomo experience.
Pangzi Zenggao at Sajin Bridge has long queues starting at 6 AM.
Yongxingfang's Zichang Jianbing is rolled with special Northern Shaanxi chili oil.
