One-Day Tour of Maling Mountain Scenic Area in Xinyi City, Xuzhou
I was on a business trip to Xinyi City, Xuzhou, and took a day to visit the famous Maling Mountain Scenic Area.

Located in Xinyi City, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, at the border of Jiangsu and Shandong provinces, Maling Mountain Scenic Area is known for its "five unique peaks and hidden green sea." As a national 4A-level tourist attraction, it encompasses natural landscapes and rich historical and cultural relics. With its unique geology formed by hundreds of millions of years of crustal movement, Maling Mountain boasts distinctive landscapes. The clear springs, strange rocks, and secluded caves within the scenic area create natural picturesque scenes. It is also the site of the ancient battlefield where Sun Bin and Pang Juan engaged in a battle of wits, and thousands of years of history have imbued this land with countless stories.

Early in the morning, I took a bus from downtown Xinyi to the scenic area. I walked and visited Wuhua Peak, the highest peak of Maling Mountain, which offers a panoramic view of the entire scenic area. Then, I walked to Sanxian Cave, admiring the peculiar pines and rocks along the way. Sanxian Cave, the core attraction of Maling Mountain, consists of three natural caves with numerous cliff carvings, exuding a rich historical atmosphere. Afterward, I went to Xianren Lake, strolling along the lakeside and enjoying the tranquility of the mountains and waters. In the afternoon, I visited the ancient battlefield ruins of Maling Mountain, exploring the traces of history and learning about the era of epic battles.

This day trip not only allowed me to appreciate the wonders of nature but also immersed me in the profound history and culture, making it a truly rewarding experience. It also added an unforgettable and beautiful memory to my business trip.
