If you want to eat at famous restaurants in Yangzhou, you must be prepared to wait in line. An hour is the norm. Some restaurants will not accept you if you don't make reservations early. For example, Shan Restaurant in Yingbin Building will not even let you in if you don't make reservations many days in advance. The conclusion is: when you go to Yangzhou, you have to buy tickets everywhere, and if you want to eat the special dishes, you have to queue up and it is expensive. After going there once, you will have no interest in going there a second time.
