Enjoy the delicious, fun and beautiful King Car Kavalan Distillery tour

My visit to the King Car KAVALAN Whisky Distillery in Yilan was truly a rewarding experience. Upon entering the facility, the first thing that struck me was the imposing architecture and clean, clean surroundings, the atmosphere both professional and welcoming. During the tour, the factory grounds provided a detailed explanation of the whisky-making process, from yeast fermentation and saccharification to oak barrel toasting. Each step was rich in knowledge and gave me a new understanding of the making of whisky.

The tasting area was the highlight. A sip of KAVALAN whisky revealed a rich, smooth aroma, layered with fruity and woody notes, no wonder it has won numerous awards in international competitions. We also saw many visitors from Japan and South Korea, enthusiastically sampling and shopping, lending the distillery an international atmosphere.

Overall, the trip was enjoyable, fun, engaging, and educational.

Not only did I experience the pride of Taiwanese whisky, but I also felt the distillery's dedication to quality and branding. For me, this wasn't just a sightseeing trip; it was a truly memorable cultural and culinary journey.
