First stop: Blue Moon Valley Lake
As soon as we got off the bus, we saw the clear indigo blue lake, which perfectly captured the reflection of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain📸. Second stop: Yak Meadow

The walk is about 20-30 minutes, which is easy and effortless, so you don't have to worry about your stamina.

Practical tips:
1. The weather in the mountainous areas is changeable. Remember to bring a windproof jacket. Don't think that June is not cold.
2. Less people in the morning, especially 8-10 to take the most beautiful photos, not so many tourists into the mirror.
3. If you take a camera or mobile phone to take pictures of the lake, it is recommended to turn on the exposure by one level higher, the color of the lake is more prominent.
4. Yaks can check in, but do not feed or touch, respect the animals and avoid harassing them.

🚙Transportation Tips:
From Lijiang there are tour buses or chartered cars to Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area, which takes about 40 minutes. At the Snow Mountain exit and entrance, change to the scenic bus to reach the Blue Moon Valley directly. It is recommended to buy tickets in advance to avoid queuing.

🍴Food Recommendations:
There are some small restaurants outside the Snow Mountain Scenic Area. It is recommended to bring some dry food snacks into the scenic area. The food options in the scenic area are limited.
