At the Qiqushan Grand Temple in Zitong, Sichuan, in addition to the main hall dedicated to Guandi and the Wenzu Hall, which protects the common people, there's also the Kuixingye Hall, deeply revered by students and scholars. According to legend, Kuixing is the Wenquxing deity, the god who oversees literary achievements and mentors students, and is revered as the "God of Literary Aura."

Entering the Kuixingye Hall, while modest, it is bustling with incense. Kuixingye stands proudly, holding a red brush and stepping on a giant turtle, symbolizing "top spot" and success in the imperial examinations. Students and parents often bow before the hall, praying for good exams, a surge of inspiration, and a successful career.
