Welcome to the first guest room in the backyard warehouse, [Pure White Garden]. Here, you will bid farewell to the tedious life and escape the intricacies of life, enjoying the simplest and most exquisite living space, and realizing the comfortable lifestyle you desire.

Morning sunlight filters through the gaps between the bamboo leaves in the courtyard, passing through two large floor-to-ceiling glass doors and quietly falling onto the ground. The play of light and shadow on the pristine white floor tiles brightens and evokes a sense of brilliance and cleanliness throughout the living room.

The Pure White Courtyard, with its white as its primary color, complements rustic wood tones with rich greens, creating a sense of comfort and relaxation for every guest who enters the room.

/Flexible Space, Ingenious Planning/

Located in the northeast corner of the warehouse, the Pure White Courtyard is a duplex space with a private courtyard and bathing pool. A staircase leads to the bedroom on the north side. The south side leads to the warehouse living room, and the east side opens to the courtyard.

In the guest room, a couch, wooden posts, and rugs create a small living room. Lazily lounging on the couch and choosing a favorite TV program can make a beautiful day. The built-in TV wall also makes watching TV a ritual.

In the room's spatial design, we integrated the couch and hot tub, breaking the conventional layout of private space. This concept is truly audacious. While soaking in the evening, one can enjoy the courtyard at night. Lights dotting the corners of the courtyard wall create a hazy, tranquil atmosphere that adds a touch of charm. The dressing area and bathroom are tucked away behind the daybed, separated by a wall, allowing half the light to filter in through the large expanse of corrugated glass. The space under the stairs is divided into a shower room and a small storage room, making for highly efficient space utilization. The staircase leading to the second floor is nestled right under the void in the room, taking advantage of the light from the courtyard to create a long, narrow L-shaped space. Spotlights are arranged along the north wall, creating a high-end and tasteful effect, creating a distinctly artistic atmosphere. The second floor houses the bedroom. The original factory building's sloping roof is higher in the west and lower in the east, so the bed was placed in the center, creating a more open visual experience. To give the bed a recessed feel, the background features a curving, inviting design. Taking the bedroom's lighting comfort into consideration, a combination of strip light sources and local light sources is used throughout.

Next to the bed in the bedroom, a floor-to-ceiling glass window follows the exposed steel frame of the factory warehouse, allowing in more light and allowing a partial view of the factory warehouse's living room. To bring everyone closer together, each second-floor bedroom features a balcony, allowing for interaction with the adjacent "Rainforest Secret Realm" and the first-floor living room. We hope more people will maintain a peaceful and open mindset and come to the Factory Warehouse to experience discovery. In this simple space, they can find joy in the most ordinary aspects of life, even in the simple pleasures of a meal or a cup of tea. Or you can catch up with friends you haven't seen in a while, have dinner with your parents, or take a day off and go on a short trip.
