Departure place: Beijing, Destination: Dali
Duration: 5 days and 4 nights
Transportation & attractions:
1. It is a wise choice to avoid traveling to tourist destinations during official holidays
Considering the recovery of the domestic tourism economy, there will definitely be a lot of people visiting tourist destinations in Dali during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. I took 3 days off in advance to travel, and the overall experience was very good.
The sunrise and sunset by the Erhai Lake, the gentle breeze, and the daze in the coffee shop were not shared by many people. It felt as if time had stopped. The trees of Erhai Lake, the rice fields of Xizhou, and the clouds of Cangshan Mountain were all my own. I had achieved my goal of going to the windy Dali to relax.
In addition, since the direct flight from Beijing to Dali is really expensive, I chose Kunming as a transit station. The transportation is very convenient and I saved hundreds of yuan immediately. You can refer to it for travel~
2. If you want to experience nature, the Erhai Lake Ecological Corridor is worth checking in.
The ecological corridor facilities in Haixi are very good. All inns are set back outside the ecological corridor. Electric vehicles from businesses are not allowed to enter. The accommodation area near Longkan Wharf only supports shared bicycles within the park. Walking towards Caicun Wharf, shared electric vehicles within the park are supported. Electric vehicles also have speed limits. Compared with Haidong's electric vehicles around Erhai Lake, the safety factor is much higher. You can take a leisurely ride and stop at any time to check in, and walk to Erhai Lake as much as you want.
3. There are many people at the artificial internet celebrity spots by the Erhai Lake, but there are beautiful scenery everywhere, so there is no need to over-pursue internet celebrity spots.
Just enjoy the scenery. Check-in spots are usually crowded, so you may become someone else's scenery~
1. Kunming City Walk
I had some time on the way from Kunming to Dali, so I strolled around the old city.
2. Cangshan Mountain
The highest altitude of Cangshan Mountain is about 3000m. There are many clouds. If you want to see the whole view, set aside some time and wait patiently for a gust of wind to blow away the clouds and reveal the green mountains. The air on the mountain is very fresh and it feels like a fairyland.
Suggestions: ① Young people don’t need to buy oxygen. Just climb slowly if you feel your heart pounding (my heart rate soared to 120hh every 5 minutes on the last leg); ② In summer, a windbreaker or thick coat is enough. There is no need to rent a down jacket at the tourist attraction. Most people can only hold it in their hands when they get hot on the road; ③ Have breakfast before coming back.
3. Erhai Lake
Both the Haixi Ecological Corridor and the Haidong Electric Vehicle Tour are very comfortable, but it does get very sunny.
4. Xizhou
When I went there in June, the fields were already planted with rice. It wasn't quite like the wind blowing through the wheat fields, but it still had its own unique flavor. You can check in at Xizhou Corner Coffee, or spend an entire afternoon quietly there. 5. Shuanglang Ancient Town
I didn't check in at the crowded and windy Dali Ancient Town. Considering the degree of commercialization, I chose the relatively newly developed Shuanglang Ancient Town. I walked around and stopped at various shops. In addition to the various shops, at least I could see Erhai Lake. hh
6. Sun Palace
Yang Liping's Sun Palace. If you don't make an appointment, you can visit for free. The 128 yuan per person afternoon tea must be spent inside to make your money back. The building is indeed well integrated into nature. Ordinary people can just appreciate it. I can't imagine how comfortable it would be to live in it.
