When I walked into Dongjiao Memory, I could feel that every brick and tile here was telling stories of the past. There is no doubt that this is a place where young artists gather and is full of artistic sentiment. You can watch a play, drink coffee, and stay there for an afternoon without getting bored. Therefore, it always attracts groups of young and beautiful girls to come to Dongjiao Memory every now and then to take photos and check in.

As soon as you enter the door, you can see cute cartoon characters everywhere. The cutest ones are the Minions, which make everyone's girly hearts burst. Such a literary and fresh place is really suitable for taking pictures. You can't take pictures for a whole day.

Camouflaged fighter planes, bronze-bodied workers, creative sculptures and a strong industrial style sweep across this road, forming a sharp contrast with the surrounding literary and artistic style, making the diverse East Suburb Memory so unique.

Later generations used their own forms to graffiti the symbols of this era on abandoned factory buildings, forming one unique work of art after another.

There are many literary shops in Dongjiao Memory, one of which is full of Marvel heroes, including Thor, Iron Man, Black Widow, Scarlet Witch, Ancient One, Thanos, Venom, etc. As a Marvel fan, I am really cool.

It was formerly the Chengdu East District Music Park. It is a creative cultural park integrating music, art, and photography. It is a gathering place for young artists who love photography.

If you are new to Chengdu, don’t miss “Dongjiao Memory” because almost every corner of it is suitable for taking artistic photos!

(Many buildings and wall graffiti here are related to music)

(There are many bars, cafes and teahouses here, which are usually open at night.)

It is a renovation of an old industrial area, probably something like Beijing's 798, but slightly smaller in scale. The overall look is good, but there is no through corridor, and no traffic trails that allow people to get closer to these old industrial facilities, so it doesn't feel very immersive. A good idea of Dongjiao Memory is to move many small equipment out separately, paint them and place them on the roadside, which is much better in terms of cost and effect than creating art sculptures one by one later.

There are hundreds of reasons to come to Chengdu.

Endless food, hot pot, skewers, ice jelly, Bobo chicken, Dandan noodles...

Endless beautiful scenery, Jinli, Kuanzhai, Caotang, Wuhou Temple, Jiuyan Bridge...

The giant pandas at IFS, the bistro on Yulin Road, the tea stalls at People's Park...

If all that isn't enough, here's one you won't be able to resist:

Memories of the Eastern Suburbs - China's West End of London.

Take a set of cool street-style photos in front of the graffiti wall, take a set of nostalgic film-style photos at Central Avenue, and take a set of literary and fresh photos at the red brick factory.

Everywhere there are office buildings, factories, locomotives and railroad tracks built with aid from the former Soviet Union.

The tall chimneys and graffiti-covered walls are filled with a strong sense of nostalgia.

The industrial-style Dongjiao Memory Music Park is full of retro industrial style and is also a gathering place for all kinds of "literary youths".

The Locomotive Square houses Sichuan’s first batch of steam locomotives and two green carriages.

However, there is actually a cafe inside the green carriage, which is very suitable for a nap.

Walking into the green carriage, you can feel the passing of time.

Originally, there was no itinerary for Dongjiao Memory, but the online introduction and other people's travel notes said that Dongjiao Memory is also a place suitable for literary youths, and it is similar to the Eling Second Factory in Chongqing. If you didn't go to Eling Second Factory in Chongqing, then you should not miss Dongjiao Memory in Chengdu. Besides, there is a real train here, so you can take some retro photos. When you come in from the east gate, you can see a group of elderly people playing a song together, looking very leisurely and happy. When I went there, there happened to be a wandering musician playing the saxophone. A fragrant song lingered in the entire Dongjiao Memory, attracting many people to stop and listen. Standing there and listening to him play the whole song with interest, I was moved by the melody. This may be the charm of wandering musicians. Bringing his favorite music to everyone and infecting people's hearts.

The old factory building is the main feature of the Dongjiao Memory building, which is full of industrial feeling. The combination of graffiti and music creates a literary atmosphere of Dongjiao Memory that is both nostalgic and fashionable. The area of Dongjiao Memory is quite large, but we only walked around a small circle, and there are several places we did not visit, so we will leave it for next time.

By Shirley Sydney Jam |

The exaggerated and eye-catching slogans of the times have been preserved on the walls of Dongjiao, and are perfectly combined with the modern and fashionable wall paintings. Later generations use their own forms to express their nostalgia for the past.

Nostalgia is the theme here, and reminiscing about the past is the job of passers-by; however, Dongjiao Memory has an artistic atmosphere that combines nostalgia and fashion. Various graffiti, cartoon characters, and industrial style Dongjiao Memory also have a childlike and romantic side. In fact, the entire Dongjiao Memory scene is very suitable for literary and artistic fresh style and film style, especially for girls who like photography to come and take pictures and check in. After all, most people come to the Creative Park store for the purpose of taking pictures!

This is not only a paradise for young people who are passionate about music, but also a very tolerant leisure place. We met many children who came here for outdoor activities. They were running and jumping in the old red brick buildings, chattering, and the old times were actually being continued.

Dongjiao Memory is a place that still retains its original appearance from the industrial era to the greatest extent. The reproduction of classic elements exudes nostalgia. Every element full of the flavor of the times brings back waves of memories for Chengdu people. Thanks to these creative parks in each city, we still have a place where we can "rewind" our lives. The red-walled and red-tiled buildings are the architectural memories of that era.

By Laughing Snow |

Creative parks are to young people what parks are to old people. There are many young people in creative parks all the time. Chengdu's Dongjiao Memory can be said to be the most famous creative park in Chengdu.

Dongjiao Memory has now become a multicultural park that integrates music, art, drama, photography and other cultural forms. It has become a new gathering place for Chengdu Internet celebrities. Even many friends from other places come here to check in. I also came here because of its reputation, but I didn’t come here to take pictures of models this time. I just walked around and saw the lives of Chengdu people.

The exterior walls of the old factory buildings are painted with fashionable graffiti, and the tall chimneys of the old times are still preserved. There are many nostalgic elements here, and many film and television and photography teams like to come here to shoot. Of course, there are also many micro-businesses taking pictures of products. Walking inside, you can see people taking pictures everywhere. Whether it is for business or for self-entertainment.

The entire Dongjiao Memory area is very large, but it is not fully open. I just wandered around and did not visit every street in detail. There are many nostalgic elements here, and the old is restored to its original state, which is very impressive.

Since this is a music park, music is indispensable. On one side are young people playing guitar, filming Tik Tok videos and live streaming, and on the other side are a group of elderly people entertaining themselves.

Like many cultural and creative parks in China, Dongjiao Memory is a popular place for couples to take wedding photos. Just one look and you’ll see dog food all over the floor.

【Tips: Dongjiao Memory is very similar to Beijing's 798 Factory in terms of both prototype and design. Both are derived from old factory areas, gather a group of literary and artistic creators, and are mainly flat-layout. However, in comparison, Beijing 798 seems to be more successful. In addition to tourists, many of the people in 798 are artists stationed here. There are more foreigners in 798 because there are many cultural companies in it, and there are exhibitions every day. The audience is not only students, but also the shadow of capital. In comparison, Dongjiao Memory is more in line with the tastes of the student group and is also suitable for a family to visit. Although there is nothing particularly outstanding, it is at least an extremely standard cultural and creative park~】

Chengdu is a highland of cultural and creative industries. It shares the same concept as Beijing's 789, and is also a creative park transformed from an industrial site. Having seen the novel creativity of Beijing's 789, I came to see Chengdu's East Suburb Memory on purpose.

Dongjiao Memory continues the previous factory style, and the design style is mainly based on the style of old industrial buildings. The abandoned factory seems to have come to life, brand new, with a unique style, and it is the best place for street photography.

The black, white and gray style more directly declares the industrial style of this place. The dilapidated factory buildings washed by rain look particularly romantic here, as if everything has vitality. The equipment left over from the old industry is also particularly conspicuous here. Time has passed quickly, but you can still see the marks left by the years.

By Thirteen North |

I really like the Soviet-era buildings here. The scenic area is full of office buildings, red brick factories, locomotives and railroad tracks built with Soviet aid. It is full of a strong sense of nostalgia. Every corner and every mechanical ornament here seems to be vivid and alive in the memories of most people.

Graffiti patterns can be seen everywhere, such as "self-reliance, hard work" and "labor is the most glorious"... Almost all the graffiti contents are true portrayals of social development in the past. Many couples come here to take photos almost every day, including wedding photos and couple photos, and they seem to have become a beautiful landscape here. The area here is not large. You may find surprises by walking along the main road and turning into an alley. It seems that every corner here is the best place for you to take photos. Colored pipes, colorful graffiti walls, extremely tall chimneys, steam trains, literary shops... These are all backgrounds.

By Young Heart Journey |

Elements of the mid-1950s can be seen everywhere. Coming to Dongjiao Memory Park is like traveling through time. There are fashionable young people, but the paintings on the walls are in the style of 70 years ago. The new and the old are magically combined together.

Cartoon graffiti was painted on the old walls, attracting a large number of beautiful women from Chengdu to come and take photos. Standing anywhere and taking a random photo would turn out to be an artistic photo. It would be better to say that this is a creative factory rather than a park.

However, the main attraction of Chengdu East Suburb Memory Park is still music. Resident singers can be seen in the streets and alleys. Music is spread throughout the entire park, and wherever you go, you can hear melodious tunes.

Over time, these old buildings have witnessed the changes of the times. They are the memories of the older generation and are also precious treasures left to modern young people. Through them, let us remember history and the past. Chengdu East Suburb Memory Park is a place worth visiting again and again.

This is a place where nostalgic classics and fashion trends coexist. This is a multi-cultural industrial park with industrial heritage as the theme. It is highly recommended to go there! ! ! It can be said that taking pictures in any corner of Dongjiao Memory is beautiful.

Although this is now a music park, I am not very interested in this. I am interested in the mechanical equipment and old houses left over from the past industrial era placed on the roadside. This is a lathe machine used in the factory in the past. Although it is not big in appearance, it has played a significant role in promoting industrial development.

There are many colorful graffiti patterns painted on the walls, such as "Self-reliance and hard work", "Workers' hands build tall buildings on flat ground, farmers' hands produce fragrant oil from barren land"... These are the true portrayal of social development in the past. The hard-working workers have contributed their youth and even their entire lives to social development. Labor is the most glorious!

Taking wedding photos in Dongjiao Memory is also a beautiful landscape. Many couples come here to take photos every day. It has become the first choice for Chengdu couples to take wedding photos. Not only can you take pictures in literary style, but also in the industrial old Dongfeng style. The shooting environment is diverse, no tickets are required and there are not many tourists.

Turning into the alley along the main road, you can see the remaining pipes in different colors, and through the glass you can see the roaring machinery of the past. It is also worth mentioning that there are two very tall chimneys here, which won the Guinness World Record.

The most eye-catching item in Dongjiao Memory is the B43 altitude-finding radar, which has repeatedly made military achievements. It was produced by the former state-owned Jinjiang Electric Motor Factory and is my country's first altitude-finding radar. It was equipped to the troops in large numbers during the war years and has repeatedly made remarkable achievements in shooting down American U-2 and P2-V reconnaissance aircraft. The part we see is the radar antenna.

Then we came to the locomotive square in Dongjiao Memory, where we can see a "Dongfanghong 1519" steam locomotive and two green carriages. These are the first batch of steam locomotives in Sichuan Province and are of great significance to the times. In addition to taking photos here, you can also walk into the carriage for a visit.

If you ask me to recommend a place to have fun in Chengdu, Dongjiao Memory is definitely the first place I would recommend. It is not too much to spend an afternoon slowly walking around, feeling the unique charm of the industrial heritage, experiencing the development and changes of the city, and reminiscing about the past years~

By Li Xiaopang |

Dongjiao Memory and Eling No. 2 Factory have similarities, but the industrial style is stronger. It was originally an electronic tube factory, and later it was converted into a modern cultural and creative industrial park. It is also a music park, integrating music, art, photography and various elements. When I went there, there was also the Pompidou Art Exhibition. If you are interested, you can check it online in advance. Sometimes there are dramas, sometimes there are concerts, and sometimes there are art exhibitions. The Red Diamond Factory, which was built with assistance from the former Soviet Union, and the abandoned trains and airplanes with great commemorative significance, as well as some models or sculptures of wrenches and machine tools, have a strong visual impact. On this basis, these factories have been given a modern artistic atmosphere. The collision and integration of the past and the modern are worth a visit.

It seems like a pretty big park, but there are no security guards or anything like that, and there is no need to take your temperature.

The houses inside are a bit industrial, and there are many music bars, all of which are pretty. I saw a lot of people bringing their children out to play, probably locals. After dark, all kinds of colorful lights are very beautiful. But I arrived a little late, so I didn't finish walking around. And I don't know if it's because of the epidemic or something, many stores are closed.

transportation

Bus stop - North Gate of Dongjiao Memory

I took the bus directly from Jianshe Lane. It's 5 stops away, not too far, but there might be some traffic in the evening. After getting off the bus, walk in the opposite direction for 2-3 minutes to the door.

I think the entrance is not particularly easy to spot, probably because it is much smaller than the restaurant next to it.

This place, which was transformed from an old factory, is super suitable for taking photos. Beautiful girls who like taking photos can come here to play and they will definitely take a lot of satisfactory photos.

At the East Suburb Memory Train Theme Yi Coffee, the waiter had an extremely bad and arrogant attitude. I spent more than 200 yuan there and tried to take a few photos, but was stopped by bad words. I really don't know how such a waiter was recruited and whether he received on-the-job training. Having such a waiter (the employee in the picture) is simply a failure of Yi Coffee and it is very disappointing to customers 😞 😞 😞. I hope I don't meet such a waiter again next time.

The predecessor of Dongjiao Memory was the former site of the state-owned Hongguang Electron Tube Factory which was built in the early 1950s. It was later utilized and renovated, and the distinctive industrial relics in the factory were preserved and combined with cultural creativity on this basis, forming the combination of industrial style and two-dimensional that we see now. It can be said that taking pictures in any corner of Dongjiao Memory is beautiful.

[Norwegian Forest Live Music Restaurant and Bar] I heard that the new store opened, so my friends and I came here to eat and drink. I heard that the first 100 customers can eat for free! Entering the store is like entering the Avatar mood, the feeling of the primeval forest. The first dish is... The second dish is... The third dish is... I'm drooling. There is music, wine, food, and brothers and sisters who accompany you from 14:00 in the afternoon to 4:00 in the morning, so that you can eat, drink and walk through Jiuyan Bridge without any problem!

A very popular check-in spot, Dongjiao Memory, formerly Chengdu East District Music Park, is a multicultural park that integrates music, art, drama, photography and other cultural forms, an industrial heritage theme tourist destination, an art and cultural performance settlement, a literary and artistic creation exchange park, and Chengdu's cultural and creative industry highland. Dongjiao Memory is a modern cultural industry new park rebuilt on the site of the former state-owned Hongguang Electronic Tube Factory. It was officially opened on September 29, 2011. On November 1, 2012, Chengdu East District Music Park was officially upgraded and renamed Dongjiao Memory.

There are many street singers here, and their singing level is really good. There will also be occasional performances. If you want to watch a performance, you can search the performance schedule for the day in advance. Dongjiao Memory is an art street transformed from an old factory. It is a must-visit place for those who love to show off their style. Going to the back, there is an abandoned green train that has been transformed. It is now an operating coffee and western restaurant. If you are tired, order a cup of coffee and a mousse cake to rest your feet. To be honest, the coffee is not good, you can replace it with juice. Similar to Beijing's 798 Creative Park, it was transformed from an abandoned factory. Dongjiao Memory retains many early industrial machines and chimneys. Dongjiao Memory Park also has China Mobile Wireless Music Base and Chengdu Stage. It is said that there will be live music performances from time to time, realizing the integration of industrial tradition and music fashion. Not only can you experience the charm of music in all aspects, but you can also feel the changes of the city up close.

By Go with a backpack |

This was originally the state-owned Hongguang Electron Tube Factory. With the changes of the times, the industrial enterprises that once gathered here moved out, and the "shell" of the old industrial base was completely preserved. After bidding farewell to the numerous chimneys and the hustle and bustle, through the continuous renovation and upgrading of the old site in recent years, it has become the Dongjiao Memory we see today. Dongjiao Memory has also become a cultural and creative landmark in Chengdu.

Walking here can make people feel the cultural and artistic atmosphere that is both nostalgic and fashionable, mainly because historical relics such as the Soviet-style red brick factory buildings full of emotional memories and the chimneys and pipe galleries with industrial symbols are still preserved. On this basis, some of them have been renovated and upgraded, such as graffiti, paintings, and sculptures, making this place a history of industrial and cultural development that can be preserved and passed on.

A strong industrial culture atmosphere and a cultural and creative atmosphere blend together here, and the nostalgic style and fashion trend it exudes make people inevitably fascinated.

Today, Dongjiao Memory has become a popular niche travel destination that must be visited when visiting Chengdu. There are not many people coming here, but they all have one thing in common, that is, [young]. Most of the people who can appear here are born in the 80s, 90s, and 00s. It is precisely this group of people who are interested in such a trendy place. More and more young people are pursuing literary and retro styles, and Dongjiao Memory is such a place.

There are memories here, mottled stairs, old machines, and flowing memories of time. In the past, this place was once a gathering place for workers to create miracles. Now, they are the evidence left behind.

Everyone comes here with different purposes. Some want to trace the memories of the last century, some want to check in, and some want to take photos here... But no matter what, even if you accidentally see an interesting sculpture while walking on the road, it will make you feel happy and comfortable in an instant.

What is even more surprising is that there are old machine tools on display here, so you can see with your own eyes and even touch them with your own hands, the years of struggle full of memories.

The appropriate slogan read "Do whatever the Party tells you to do, be a gear and a screw", and looking at everything around me, I felt as if I was in a scene from the middle of the last century.

What is the most distinctive feature of Dongjiao Memory? It must be graffiti. If you ask where the graffiti in Dongjiao Memory is the most concentrated and the best looking, it must be Manka Street. The monotonous brick surface is both interesting and beautiful. No wonder many anime exhibitions are held here.

The park is located outside the East Second Ring Road of Chengdu. Walking into the park, you can feel the full literary and artistic atmosphere. Every place is a good spot for taking photos and checking in. If you want to give you a reason to come to Chengdu, "Eastern Suburbs Memory" is enough! The multicultural park about music, art, drama, photography and other cultural forms is also the site of the former state-owned Hongguang Electron Tube Factory. It is a theme tourist destination transformed from an industrial site. Eastern Suburbs Memory is known as the "West End of London in China" and is the most suitable place for checking in and taking photos. I feel like I am already a girl who is extremely bad at posing, but when I come here, I become a scenery just by sitting or standing~

There are many old machines in the park, rusty and with a sense of age, but it makes people feel particularly cordial. There are many people taking pictures here, all of them are beautiful ladies and handsome boys~ There are also a few couples taking wedding photos. There is a literary and fresh style here, which is really suitable! There is also a yellow building inside, which feels very suitable for taking photos! "Stage Back Street, Central Avenue, Hongguang North Street, North Street, Gathering Space..." There are quite a lot of people walking around. The old factory site is still there, it feels like time has gone back, and the industrial history is reappearing in front of you~ I like this kind of place with a sense of age~

By Go far away |

The gate of Dongjiao Memories is similar to the Eling No. 2 Factory in Chongqing. Both are tourist destinations transformed from old factories with a strong sense of nostalgia.

The buildings here have a strong industrial style. The rusty bronze men, camouflage fighter jets, and painted containers all show us the marks of the 1970s and 1980s.

Dongjiao Memory left a good impression on me. The whole morning was filled with pleasant weather and a lively artistic atmosphere.

We arrived early, and there were not many people on the road. Before we knew it, we walked into a large exhibition hall filled with various paper boxes, some of which were finished and some were still raw materials. After asking the staff, we learned that an exhibition was about to be held here, an international art exhibition in cooperation with France. It seems that Chengdu is going to go beyond Asia and go international.

The car parked at the main entrance of Dongjiao Memory was posted with a ticket, which showed that it was very unhappy. It is not as big as Beijing's 798, and the artistic atmosphere is just average. There are quite a few "panda" peripheral products, and several graffiti walls are popular spots where people line up to take pictures.

The Chengdu East Suburb Memory Tourist Scenic Area was built on the site of the former Hongguang Electron Tube Factory in Chenghua District by combining the renewal of urban industrial land with the protection of industrial relics. It is a new type of tourist attraction that combines the protection of industrial relics with cultural and creative industries.

Dongjiao is really a literary and fresh place. If the weather is fine, it will take at least two or three hours to take pictures here leisurely.

Dongjiao Memory is a very good place to take photos! ! I recommend all my friends to check in! Check in! !

Even the clumsy ones can take great photos with just a few shots! After all, it is the "West End of London in China"~

Dongjiao Memory is a creative park transformed from an industrial park. It has a strong retro and artistic atmosphere, and many small shops with interesting decorations. It is a good place to take photos if you have time to stroll around.

I discovered this popular check-in spot when I was making a travel guide. After repeated research, I gave up the classic popular attractions Qingcheng Mountain and Emei Mountain and chose this place for nostalgia. It turned out that the trip was worth it, it was so amazing, and every place was worth taking photos to commemorate.

Walking down the memory lane feels like entering a time tunnel.

This cultural and creative park is so beautiful, with attractions and memories everywhere. Love it!

I have been in Chengdu for 4 or 5 years. This is my first time to visit Dongjiao Memory. Haha! Will I be criticized? (covering my face) But the various buildings inside are really unique! I took a lot of photos myself! (Haha), if you travel to Chengdu, you can come here if you have enough time, and you can always meet couples taking wedding photos!

This place not only carries the collective memory of a generation, but also holds the dreams of many contemporary Chengdu people.

The dialogue and collision between old and new, history and modernity, tradition and fashion, past and future is like a vivid "journey through time" in Dongjiao Memory.

As soon as you walk in, you'll see some graffiti and some old buildings.

But my favorite is the little train inside.

By Lin Chen Live |

There are many romantic cafes and bars here, and the atmosphere is pretty good. There are often various music performances and art exhibitions, and many street performers perform here. There are several train carriages deep in the area, which are very suitable for taking photos and checking in. At the same time, this place is also suitable for taking retro photos, with old office buildings, red brick factories, etc. It is also a favorite place for wedding photographers.

A tourist area transformed from an industrial area. Comics and graffiti make this place a photo-taking sanctuary. This is a very suitable place for taking pictures. Don't miss it if you like taking pictures. There are bars, restaurants, and various creative photo spots. This place is far from the city and there is no subway.

Dongjiao Memory was originally the "East District Music Park". It is a new type of tourist attraction that combines the protection of industrial heritage with cultural and creative industries.

The office buildings, red brick factories, locomotives and railroad tracks built with aid from the former Soviet Union make up today's creative park, which has a strong visual impact and a strong sense of nostalgia.

There are often various music performances and art exhibitions in the scenic area, and the cafes, bookstores, bars, etc. in the park are also worth visiting.

If you are a fan, there is also a hand model wall of celebrities such as Jane Zhang, Chris Lee, and Jiang Wen.

When we were taking pictures here, we met some seniors who love photography.

When I was posing, I noticed a lot of cameras all around, and I felt a little scared. Finally, an old senior took us around and took pictures for me. He was a teacher from Jiaotong University, a very talkative senior who was good at taking pictures.

Well, this place is really suitable for taking pictures, all kinds of styles are OK

Dongjiao Memory is a completely open scenic spot. It was formerly an industrial park and a "state-owned Hongguang electron tube factory". Therefore, you can see many propaganda slogans of the former CCP. The electron tube factory was assisted by the Soviet Union, so the buildings have a Soviet flavor of the last century. Later, the industrial park was abandoned, and this place became a music park with music as its core. Later, it was officially named "Dongjiao Memory". It is a gathering place for Chengdu cultural performances, creations and exchanges. Many famous artists have created and performed here.

To sum it up in one sentence, Dongjiao Memory is a place where industrial style and music culture creation elements are integrated.

Although these abandoned factories have become very quiet and even a little desolate, they once worked loudly day after day and year after year, just like a warrior in his twilight years who once had a glorious past.

Traces of the planned economy era of the last century can be seen everywhere.

There are still many teams creating original songs one after another at Dongjiao Memory. Throughout the whole journey, I found that this attraction did not have too many tourists, was not noisy, and not too commercial, and was quite leisurely.

This place has the same purpose as Beijing's 798 and Chongqing's Eling Second Factory, all of which revive old factories that were on the verge of extinction in a literary and artistic way. However, Dongjiao Memory not only develops in the direction of literature and art, its diversity is also eye-catching.

At the west gate, you can see a giant musical doll from afar. It looks very cute. Due to years of wind and sun, this cute metal musical doll has become rusty. However, this natural brush has given the doll a different literary and artistic flavor.

Young musicians can be seen singing everywhere here, with a guitar and a microphone, simple yet casual and free.

The wall below a model light rail is painted with cute little people. They jump out of the wall and climb onto the rails to show their cuteness to people. From flat to three-dimensional, it has to be said that the artists here have big imaginations and are full of creativity.

Here, the trash can man climbed onto the rails, and there, the music doll jumped onto the wall. The cute little characters appeared vividly in various unexpected corners, always giving you surprises. It's really a group of cute little people that you can't help but be attracted to, haha.

There are many small shops here. Their doors are decorated into a small artistic garden. Even an old building can be made artistic. If you are tired of shopping, you can find a shop to sit in and kill time.

As I was walking, a pink wall appeared in front of me. The tender and pink wall was so girly that it made me burst with girlish hearts. Although those born in the 90s are already old ladies, my eyes were filled with hearts at this moment, and no one could stop me from taking pictures here.

The geometric lines and pink gradient tiles form a simple yet beautiful background. When the sunlight shines in, the shadows and the wall form an oblique angle. It would be a nice place to take a set of photos.

There is an old train in every cultural and creative park. The Dongfanghong here is the first steam locomotive in Sichuan. Now it has retired and sits quietly here for workers to watch. This train has a long history and represents the development of Sichuan's industrial era. The unique black body, red wheel front, and strong retro flavor make any photo full of literary style.

Camouflaged fighter planes, bronze-bodied workers, creative sculptures, and large tracts of painted containers fill the entire street with an industrial vibe. The sculptures and buildings that are full of age not only reflect a retro feel, but also tell people about China’s earliest era.

Similar to Beijing's 798, Guangzhou's Red Brick Factory and Chongqing's Eling Factory No. 2, they are all new cultural bases built on the sites of industrial relics and combined with cultural and creative industries.

Scrapped machine tools can be seen everywhere, and large posters with a retro feel are mixed with modern symbols, which have a stronger visual impact and a strong sense of nostalgia. Under the exterior of the old buildings, there are many small shops decorated with flowers. The central open-air square often has live performances by bands, and there are cultural supermarkets, IMAX theaters, calligraphy and painting exhibitions, mobile music, etc.

When the weather is good, young people dance hip-hop, old people walk with golden dogs, cafe tables and chairs are moved outdoors, and many leisurely people are immersed in slow time. Everything is natural.

To be honest, I regretted traveling so far to see some shabby things. I don't recommend going.

There are also various music performances and art exhibitions in the scenic area. The cafes, bookstores, bars, etc. in the park are worth visiting, and it is a place suitable for literary and artistic youths to check in.

Speaking of Dongjiao Memories, I accidentally learned about this place when I was watching TV in 2012. It has been recorded in my heart. When I came to Chengdu to live my slow-paced life, I found such a place on the map and walked here. Before coming here, I didn't know what it looked like. I didn't know whether it would be different from what I saw on TV after so many years. I came here with curiosity and memory.

It turns out that this place is a product left over from the old industrial era, with many factories, sewing machines, abandoned trains and other sculptures. As a photographer, I instantly fell in love with this place. I like taking portraits, and this place is really suitable for taking decadent and retro-style portraits. There are also bars here, and there are many guitar-shaped sculptures and exhibition halls. There are really bars and ballads everywhere in Chengdu.

There are also many two-dimensional dolls and shops here, which are suitable for taking cartoon-style photos. There are not as many tourists here as in Jinli, and of course it is not such a well-known tourist attraction. I like the feeling here, walking and taking pictures with friends, strolling in this empty park. The big train here is quite famous. It seems that many people here take wedding photos. It is easy to take big photos next to the train.

Dongjiao Memory is not big, and the location is not good. But you can spend a long time here. If you like literature and art, you can find a bar or teahouse to sit. I don't want to move anymore, I like to find a quiet place to sit and drink tea, I like that kind of life.

We went to Dongjiao Memory in the rain. It was raining so hard that few people came out to play. There were almost no tourists. My mother and I had a lot of fun in the rain. It is very similar to Eling Second Factory, but it has more traces of the old factory than the Second Factory.

Dongjiao Memory Music Park is not far from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. It is a place somewhat similar to Beijing's 798, with the appearance of an old factory area after renovation.

There are some music shops and practice rooms. There have also been some music performances recently, and judging by the previews, they are mostly in the evening.

The former military and electronics factories supported a large number of employees and migrant workers.

There are many small shops and bars, but I didn't go in. There are not many people. I went there specifically to see the handprints of my idols. There don't seem to be as many places to take photos as I imagined. But it's still interesting. If you have time, you can go around and visit.

It's really a must-go place for young people with a literary flair! It's very suitable for taking photos, but it rained today, so we couldn't pose. The tour was quick, and it took less than two hours to finish. Many people came to cosplay today, which was really so cute... Actually, I really want to take photos with them. I really like the graffiti here.

The animation area was full of toys for both big and small kids, so everyone tried their hand at being childish. They used twenty coins, but ended up not getting even half a doll. Their luck and skills were just weak.
