Tazishan Park is located in the eastern suburbs of Chengdu, next to the starting point of the Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway. It covers an area of about 410 mu. The park has undulating hills, vast terrain, lush trees and a quiet environment. The park has scenic spots such as the Wintersweet Garden, Begonia Garden, Crape Myrtle Garden, Bamboo Forest, Fishing Pond, Spring and Stone Forest, Ginkgo Pavilion, and Yuming Pavilion. There are also newly built miniature gardens of Bashu ancient relics and the Jiutian Tower, a landmark landscape of Chengdu.
There are more than 40,000 trees of more than 80 species planted in Tazishan Park, including cedar, ginkgo, camphor, crape myrtle, metasequoia, peach, osmanthus, magnolia, etc. The bamboo sea covers an area of about 80 mu, with thousands of bamboos, lush and green, with more than 60,000 trees of nearly 100 species. The forest in the park is dotted with lawns, lakes, pavilions, and paths, which are quite wild. There is a large area of picnic area for tourists to make fire, which is a good place for people to play, relax, fish, entertain, climb the tower to enjoy the scenery, picnic, and drink tea.
Jiutian Tower is located on the top of a shallow hill in the Tazishan Park. Its name is taken from the famous poem "Climbing the Sanhua Tower in Jincheng" by the poet Li Bai, which says "Today, I climbed up and looked around, as if I were traveling in the Ninth Heaven". The building is about 70 meters high and has 13 floors. It is exquisitely designed and uniquely structured. It integrates towers, pavilions and terraces into one. It cleverly combines ancient architectural art with modern folk architectural art. The architectural style highlights local characteristics. It looks like a tower from a distance and a building from a close distance. It has a novel and unique shape and is a landmark and magnificent garden landscape in Chengdu. It was completed at the end of 1997. To facilitate tourists to climb up and down, a combination of elevators and corridors is used.
There is also a bird-singing forest in the park, which was invested and built by Fuzhou Longchuan Amusement Co., Ltd. It covers an area of 30 mu and brings together nearly 150 species and about 5,000 birds from eight categories and 13 subjects, including walking birds, wading birds, waterfowl, songbirds, raptors, climbing birds, flying birds, and swimming birds from all over the world. Among them, there are more than 20 birds under the first and second level protection of the state. The bird-singing forest focuses on the popularization of bird science and highlights bird art performances. It integrates entertainment, fun, and popular science knowledge. It is a good place for leisure and play, and it is the best place for primary and secondary school students to carry out spring and autumn tours. The park is the largest comprehensive garden in Chengdu. It is deeply favored by tourists because of its rich local characteristics and natural wildness. It has been rated as one of the new eight scenic spots in Chengdu, and the scenic spot is named Tashan Lanxiu.

Coming out of the temple, I saw a tower in the distance. I always see it when driving around Chengdu, so I must go and see it. I thought it was a landmark monument of the city, and it took a lot of effort to get here. It turned out that it was built in 1997. It is actually a tower. Surrounding the tower is a green park. It is said that it was originally built by Yang Xiu, the King of Shu in the late Sui Dynasty. It was called "Sanhua Tower" at that time. I don't know when the building was completely destroyed. There are few records in history books. To this day, no one knows what it looks like. During the Kaiyuan period of the Tang Dynasty, the 22-year-old Li Bai once wrote a poem "Climbing the Sanhua Tower in Jincheng":
The sun shines on the brocade city, and the morning light spreads on the flower tower.
The windows are decorated with gold and the doors are decorated with embroidery, and the pearl curtains are hung with silver hooks.
The flying ladder is in the green clouds, and my worries are gone as I look into the distance.
The evening rain falls on the Three Gorges, and the spring river flows around Shuangliu.
Coming up here and looking out, it feels like traveling to the ninth heaven.
This poem does not describe the image of the building, but only expresses the feeling of "looking far away and dispelling my worries" with the artistic conception of the golden and magnificent morning glow. The building was built like this probably because of the imagination of modern designers. It looks like a tower from a distance and a building from a close distance. Because there is Ta Zi Mountain nearby, it is creative to build a building based on the shape of the place name. In the end, it was named "Jiutian Tower" instead of "Sanhua Tower", which is also right. After all, they are not the same thing. This building was built according to Li Bai's poem, so it is reasonable to name it after Li Bai's poem. Below the building is a house with a double-eaved hip roof, and the door is closed. I don't know what function it has inside, maybe it is for viewing. There is a saying of "Ta Mountain Viewing Show" in the new eight scenic spots of Chengdu.
Recently, I happened to live nearby and went shopping.
I went there more than ten years ago. I wonder how it is now?
There are Jiutian Tower, lotus, sculptures, and 28 constellations. It is a good park suitable for weekends.
I went to the park with my husband to run on weekends. It is not easy to find a place with such good air in the city. If you feel that running around the park is not enough, you can run by the river. There is a small river outside the park. The environment is pretty good.
There is a lantern festival during the Chinese New Year. I went there once. I thought that the lantern festival in my hometown has also fallen into this state.
It was almost the end of spring when I went to Tazishan Park to see the cherry blossoms. They were as beautiful as those in Lu Xun's novels.
We went from Xipu and got off at Tazishan Park Station on Line 2. Because we couldn't find the way the first time, the three of us took a tricycle to go there, which cost 2 yuan per person. The tricycles outside the subway station are priced very arbitrarily. They cost 5 yuan per person and 4 yuan per person all the way out of the subway station, and then 2 yuan per person at the end. So if you take a tricycle for the first time, you must walk to the back. Actually, it only took us less than 20 minutes to walk back. There was a ginkgo tree at the entrance where we went, and the fallen leaves were all over the ground. Several aunties were taking pictures there, so we also got on to take a few pictures. There were many wintersweets in the park, but It hasn't bloomed yet. Although it's just a bud, the fragrance is still very strong. The park is really big. After that, we went to the bird forest. There were peacocks, vultures, camels, parrots... Grandma and grandpa took the children there more often. The ticket price was 30/person, and half price was 15/person. For the three of us who have never seen any birds except sparrows, it was still very attractive. When we came back, we saw a foreign art troupe rehearsing a program in the park. It was probably a Christmas event. The venue was decorated with a Christmas feel. Unfortunately, the words "No Visitors Allowed" interrupted our curiosity to find out. Maybe in a while, when the wintersweets bloom, it will be more beautiful inside.
A place suitable for the whole family. There will be a Panda Lantern Festival during the Chinese New Year. Although it is not as beautiful and famous as the Zigong Lantern Festival, it is still worth a visit. In winter, the wintersweets and crabapples are in full bloom. It is a good place to go out on a sunny day. There is also a "Jiutian Tower" inside, which is known as the "No. 1 Tower in Splendid Tianfu".
The best time to have fun in Tazishan Park is during the Spring Festival every year. Every year during the Spring Festival, a lantern festival is held. There are many giant lantern groups, which are very spectacular and beautiful, especially after dark at night. In the park, you will feel like you are in a colorful fairy tale world. Different lantern groups have different themes, such as cartoon themes, Three Kingdoms themes, and water lantern groups. The reflection of the colored lights on the water is very magical. During the lantern festival, in addition to watching the beautiful lantern groups, almost all Sichuan snacks are gathered in a corner of the park, including the three big cannons, buckwheat noodles, dandan noodles, sugar-coated fruits, etc. We ate until our stomachs were about to burst, but in the face of delicious food, we kept eating. Except for the lively period during the Spring Festival, Tazishan Park is less popular during the rest of the year, which is more suitable for activities such as strolling and outings here, because it will not be as crowded as other places.
It takes 20 minutes to walk from the subway "Tazishan Park Station". It is quite desolate. The highlight here is the wintersweet forest. It is rare to see such a large scale in the city. Unfortunately, it was closed when I went there. Everyone was picking wintersweet flowers, probably for making tea. Wintersweet flowers are not so fragrant, only some trees are fragrant, and they are more fragrant than the few flowers I have and the whole bag of wintersweet flowers of others. The fragrance is yellowish and curled outwards.
It happened to be the time of the Panda Lantern Festival, so I took an evening to go. Tazishan Park itself is an ordinary park, but there is a tower inside. But the Panda Lantern Festival is really good, with various special lights, which gives people a very magical feeling.
A relatively large park located in the 2.5th ring road of Chengdu East. Not far from Chengdu East Station. It is named after the iconic tower. Take Metro Line 2 and get off at Tazishan Park Station. Tazishan Park may be quieter than People's Park. The green vegetation inside is very good, there are many big trees, and there are stone benches below to enjoy the shade. There are pavilions, rockery, bamboo forests and lotus ponds. Because it is far away from the city, the air is very good. In the afternoon, many people run here to exercise. Or bring some things to play cards in the woods, which is very pleasant and natural air conditioning. It is very suitable to stay for an afternoon. It is more lively outside at night. There are many people coming out for a walk, and there are aunts dancing the dam dance. There are also many small stalls selling snacks at the door. During the Chinese New Year, Tazishan is even more beautiful. The annual lantern festival is here. The sea of lights is beautiful. That time is the busiest time for Tazishan Park.
Chengdu Tazishan Park is located in the east of Chengdu. It is a well-known park in Chengdu. In my impression, there are two main fun things in Tazishan Park. One is the annual Spring Festival Lantern Festival, which is very lively, especially when there was less entertainment in the past. Although it is not as lively as it was in the past, it is still very lively. The other is barbecue. When I was in college, I went there several times with my classmates. I brought my own food, bought some charcoal, and paid a little fee to rent a place for barbecue. But now it seems that I can't barbecue, which is a bit regrettable. The scenery is only average, not very distinctive. If you want to go, you can choose the subway or bus, which can go directly to the park. It is more convenient. If you don't have much time, you can go around. If you have time in the morning, it's good to go to Tazishan for a run, but what I miss most are those barbecue days.
In Eleven’s memory of Chengdu, Tazishan Park is the only place without noise, crowds or bustle, because it has nothing but grass and forests, lacking the glitz and glamour that modern people flock to, so the simplest and most ancient things have become the most eternal.
We live very close to here, so we go there for a walk when we have nothing to do. There are often flower shows there, and there is a lantern festival around the Chinese New Year every year, which is very lively.
Tazishan Park is located next to Shahe River and next to the Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway.
It is close to Chengdu East Railway Station and Chengdu Bus Terminal (Wuguiqiao Bus Station).
Today, when you climb up and look out, you feel like you are traveling to the Ninth Heaven. The ancient Sanhua Tower, now the Jiutian Tower, is a symbol of entering Chengdu from the west.
Wintersweets, crabapples and ginkgo trees are distributed in patches.
Lantern festivals and barbecues were once its symbols.
There is a small bird-singing forest and a small amusement park and study park.
There is no gate on the east side of the park, and the south gate is a long walk from the subway station, so it is messy and not prosperous.
