
The Lüzu Spring Tourist Area is located north of the famous Xueye Reservoir, 60 kilometers from Jinan and 30 kilometers from Laiwu. It covers 3,800 mu (approximately 1,000 acres). Legend has it that Lü Dongbin achieved immortality here. Surrounded by mountains on three sides and featuring dense forests and perpetual springs, the area boasts numerous natural attractions, including the White Water Spring, the Immortal Breast Peak, the Immortal Breast Stone, the Immortal Fist, the Immortal Footprint, the Sleeping Swan Stone, the Divine Frog Stone, the Monster Stone, the Dolphin Stone, the Immortal Head, and the Turtle Laying Eggs. Exquisite structures include the memorial archway, the Eight Immortals Cave, the Eight Immortals Pavilion, the Goddess Temple, a large windmill, the Lake Viewing Pavilion, the reservoir, the Eight Immortals Painting and Calligraphy Academy, a casual restaurant, and a uniquely local restaurant.
With the care and support of leaders at all levels, Lu Zuquan Tourist Area has formed a tourism scale and has a strong reception capacity. It has hosted many major events such as group weddings, tourism promotion conferences, tourism culture and art festivals, and the men's festival "Chun Yang Festival", all of which have been a complete success.
