Tianzhu Mountain National Forest Park is located in Shanyang County, Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province. Renowned for its steep and rugged terrain, it was designated a National 4A Scenic Area in February 2013. Both Luo Gongyuan of the Tang Dynasty and Shao Yong, a Neo-Confucianist during the Song Dynasty, lived in seclusion in the mountain.

The mountain's lowest peak is 1,255 meters above sea level, while its highest is 2,074.4 meters. Covering an area of ​​10 acres, the mountain boasts seven opposing peaks: the main peaks are Dading Mountain in the north, Tiezhongping in the east, Hongchiliang in the south, and Songshudang in the west. The gaps between the peaks are shrouded in mist year-round, and the gnarled branches of ancient pines, lush and verdant, and the protruding and varied rocks complement the majestic ancient buildings, creating a picturesque scene that feels like being in a fairyland.

Tianzhu Mountain National Forest Park is 40 kilometers long from east to west and 25 kilometers wide from north to south. Tianzhu Moxiao is one of the Eight Scenic Spots of Shanyang and a prime natural wonder of Tianzhu Mountain. Arriving at the northern cliffs of the North Peak's summit, you'll see a natural stone pillar rising from the ground, resembling a pillar supporting the sky. The pillar is circular and nearly 300 meters tall.

A plank road was built on the cliff of Daobeiliang. When you climb the plank road, your feet are in the air. When you reach Daobeiliang, the supported plank road at the narrowest point is only one-fifth of its width, and most of it is suspended in the air. Tiezhongping is located on the hillside east of Tianzhu Mountain. To the east, you can see the Xitou Creek, Tongtagou and Sengdaoguan of Faguan Township. To the north, it is adjacent to the main peak of Tianzhu Mountain, Dading, and backed by Qingfengling, the main ridge of Tianzhu Mountain. To the south, it is adjacent to the Tiewa Temple of Tianzhu Mountain.

Thousand-foot Cliff, also known as Yanwang Cliff, is the only path leading to the summit of Tianzhu Mountain from the East Gate Sengdao Pass. It serves as the only link between Yusun Peak and Kuaihuo Lin. This cliff, seemingly flat, is actually a natural barrier, less than a hundred meters long and barely a foot wide. Looking up from Yanwang Cliff, you'll see a hundred-foot cliff jutting into the sky, its axe-carved cliffs towering to the sky. Looking down from Yanwang Cliff, you'll see a thousand-foot cliff, a bottomless abyss.

The Tianzhu Mountain Cableway has a horizontal distance of 1,749.8 meters, an oblique length of 1,935.4 meters, and a height difference of 827 meters. It is currently the scenic area cableway with the highest vertical drop and the longest route in Shaanxi Province, and is known as the "No. 1 Cableway in Northwest China."
