The Emeishan wild natural ecological monkey area is currently the largest wild natural ecological monkey area in my country. Its range is distributed in the mountains with an altitude of 800 to 2,400 meters. According to survey statistics, there are 6 relatively concentrated groups with a total number of about 1,000 monkeys. Among them, the monkeys in the middle and mountain areas of Emeishan are the most spiritual.

This area boasts flowing springs and waterfalls, lush forests and bamboo groves, flourishing flowers and plants, and a mild climate. It's an ideal habitat for monkeys. Visitors here can truly experience the fairyland of the Flower-Fruit Mountain and Water Curtain Cave from the mythical world of "Journey to the West," and fully appreciate the ecological beauty of the Monkey King's descendants in their wild monkey habitat.

The monkey area features plank roads, pavilions, and rope bridges for visitors to observe and interact with the monkeys. You can buy some monkey food in advance at the monkey food stand at the foot of the mountain. However, be aware that most monkeys are not as friendly as you might think and may snatch food or rummage through visitors' bags. Therefore, avoid leaving the plank roads or entering the area with food in hand.
