Late March and early April: rain and wind in Guilin

We are thinking of going to Guilin and Yangshuo from 30/3 to 4/4. Do we have to bring heavy winter raincoat or summer raincoat? The reason being is that we will go to Zhangjiajie few days before and the weather might be cooler so we were thinking of bringing a heavier long raincoat. But Guilin might be much warmer. Do we need a light summer long raincoat there? Is it a windy season as well? Please advise. Thank you.
