Booking accommodation for NYE (family with older teens)

Question

We’ve been searching for accommodation on different platforms I.e directly on the hotel website V online travel platforms & apps. We came across a rate for our hotel of choice (same room/dates etc) which is $800 cheaper on website ‘Guest Reservation an independent travel network’. Is it too good to be true? Has anyone used this website before?

Still researching so if any tips of best place to stay with older teens (mid range price as Aussie $ is hectic!) thanks
