Which area/road to book for hotel stay?

Can anyone recommend with area to book hotel. In our 13 days itinerary, we have last 2 days free and easy on our own( hotel not included in itinerary) . Looking at having local streets foods, visit local morning market and easy and convenience to public transport.

I saw few Youtubers showing Hetian Jie 2 street full of street vendors, what district is this street located?
