Brunch for Easter???

Any good recommendations for Easter Brunch? We are staying in Waikiki but are willing to drive anywhere. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Oahu offers a variety of excellent Easter brunch options, both in Waikiki and across the island. Many hotels and restaurants host special buffets or prix-fixe menus on Easter Sunday, often featuring traditional brunch items, local specialties, and festive touches.

Waikiki and Nearby Options:

  • Halekulani Hotel: Known for its elegant Easter brunch buffet with a wide selection of local and international dishes, desserts, and oceanfront views.
  • Hilton Hawaiian Village: Often hosts a large Easter brunch with live music, kids’ activities, and a variety of brunch stations including seafood, carving stations, and pastries.
  • The Royal Hawaiian Hotel: Offers an upscale Easter brunch with a mix of traditional and Hawaiian-inspired dishes, often featuring live entertainment.
  • Orchids at Halekulani: Famous for its oceanfront setting and exceptional brunch menu, great for both adults and kids.

Other Oahu Options (Worth the Drive):

  • North Shore Resorts: Some resorts on the North Shore offer Easter brunch with scenic views, though reservations are usually required.
  • Ko Olina Resorts (West Oahu): Properties like the Four Seasons or Aulani Disney Resort often host family-friendly Easter brunches with kid-friendly options and activities.

Tips for Planning:

  • Make reservations early – Easter brunch is extremely popular on Oahu.
  • Check if there are kids’ activities if traveling with children, as many resorts offer egg hunts and entertainment.
  • Consider timing – early seating can help avoid long lines, and a late seating can be more relaxed with fewer crowds.

Overall, staying in Waikiki gives you easy access to several elegant and convenient Easter brunch options, but if you don’t mind a short drive, resorts outside Waikiki often offer more expansive buffets and family-friendly amenities.
