Copenhagen Bakery, where I stopped for breakfast and brunch in Bali, exceeded my expectations. The shop isn't large, but the clean, warm atmosphere made it comfortable. Sitting by the window, the sunlight streamed in, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The interior, simple yet with a European flair, made me feel like I was transported to another country while enjoying my bread. ☀️

While the bread selection wasn't extensive, the basics were solid. The croissants were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, pairing perfectly with coffee. The sandwiches were also filling and filling, with fresh ingredients. The balanced combination of cheese, ham, and vegetables made for a satisfying breakfast. They also had desserts like cakes, which weren't overly sweet and had a light, refreshing flavor that paired well with the coffee. 🍰 I ordered a latte for my coffee, and the rich, smooth flavor complemented the bread perfectly.

Because it's a popular spot, popular breads sometimes sell out quickly. So, if you have a specific dish you really want, it's best to go early in the morning. Prices are a bit higher than local shops, but considering the atmosphere and quality, it wasn't too much of a burden. I was satisfied with the fact that it wasn't just a place to buy bread and eat, but also a place where you can sit down and relax to start your day.
