Bangkok, Thailand, is a world-renowned tourist destination, attracting thousands of tourists daily. Bangkok boasts numerous Chinese cultural heritage sites and temples. This time, we'd like to introduce one located in Chinatown, along the Chao Phraya River in central Bangkok: the Wanjin Fushoutan Temple.
The temple is free to visit, photograph, and pray for blessings; no entrance fee is required. Shoes must be removed before entering. The temple is conveniently located near the shipping terminal and bus station. Founded by the first generation of Chinese arriving in Bangkok's Chinatown, the temple boasts over a century of history, traversing seven or eight generations. It is a veritable historical monument. The temple's blessings are highly effective, and locals often come here for prayers. The temple's exquisite architecture, reflecting the artistic style of the Ming and Qing dynasties, is a truly stunning photo opportunity. The temple is quiet and peaceful with few tourists, perfect for a solo visit and taking photos. 📸
