High Speed Train from Changbaishan to Harbin

Plan to travel to Changbaishan and Harbin from 9 Oct - 19 Oct (fly into Changbaishan on 9Oct & out from Harbin on 19 Oct, and intend to take train from Changbaishan to Harbin on 14 or 15 Oct. As train tickets can only be booked 2 wks in advance, would like to know what are the likelihood of being able to get train tickets ? Noted that 14 or 15 Oct are after China's National Holiday.
