Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay

#batamtrip Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay is my favorite hotel whenever I visit the island. The location is perfect - conveniently close to shopping centres and restaurants, and just 15 minutes drive to Grand Mall.
What makes it even better is that the hotel is directly connected to the ferry terminal and a shopping centre, making travel and leisure incredibly convenient.
The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. A special shout out Ms Indri at the front desk for being so cheerful, friendly, and helpful -she really made check-in a breeze. I also want to commend the housekeeping team especially Sihol and Tautik,for their passion and dedication.
Breakfast at Goji kitchen & Bar is another highlight. The layout and variety are excellent, and it's a great way to start the day.The new service staff Ms July at Goji Kitchen also deserve praise for her excellent service attitude- friendly, attentive, and professional.The Goji kitchen & Bar Team and throughout the hotel all staff are friendly, cheerful, and genuinely welcoming - they are the true jewels of the Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay.
