The dinner arrangements for the first three days in Beijing were perfect, from the signature roast duck to the Hutong snacks, and finally the rich milky old Beijing desserts~ Every bite is the taste of Beijing, and every meal is super satisfying! 👇

🥇1: Four Seasons Minfu Roast Duck (Dengshikou Store)
I originally wanted to go to the Forbidden City Store, but it was too difficult to book! I changed to the Dengshikou Store temporarily. I went there at more than three o'clock in the afternoon and waited for half an hour. It was very popular!
The three of us ordered a whole duck, which was just right. The duck breast skin dipped in white sugar fell in love with it as soon as it tasted. The fat fragrance exploded💥The outside is crispy and the inside is tender, melting in the mouth~ Roast duck is paired with lotus leaf cakes, sweet noodle sauce, and shredded green onions. It is a full-featured first night dinner!
📍Recommendation: Crispy and tender roast duck + duck skin dipped in white sugar! The cake skin is so thin that it is translucent, and the duck frame soup is boiled into milky white for free~
📌Reminder: It is recommended to avoid peak hours, and the queue will be faster. If the Forbidden City store is too crowded, the branches at Dengshikou, Qianmen, and Wangfujing are all good, and the taste is equally good!

🥈2: Heyan Meat Pie (Dongsi Branch)
300 meters from our hotel, 3 minutes walk, of course we have to go and eat 😃 on Dongsi South Street ~ a magical store with an average price of 50 per person! Signature beef pie juice warning❗️
📍Recommendation: The meat pie skin is crispy and the meat filling is overflowing, and the Qianlong cabbage sesame sauce is super rich🍯The sweet and spicy version of Kung Pao Chicken is delicious. The pie skin is crispy. It is the kind of store you want to visit again

🥉3: Menkuang Hutong Centennial Braised Pork
Let's try the most "authentic" taste in Beijing - braised pork and fire-baked bread! The pig offal is very flavorful, the soup base is thick, and the fire-baked bread absorbs the soup. It is heavy but the more you eat, the more delicious it is! We also had a portion of noodles with soybean paste. The sauce was very salty and the noodles were elastic, which was also good.
📌TIPS: Friends who mind offal or strong taste can try it at their discretion~ But old Beijingers say "If you haven't had braised pork, you haven't been here"~

🍮Ending dessert: Ziguangyuan Milk Skin Yogurt
After the main meal, of course you have to have a cup of old Beijing-style dessert! Milk skin yogurt is so rich, a bit like a combination of cheese and yogurt, full of milk flavor, icy and super greasy, it is the perfect ending for this trip~
📍Ziguangyuan has many branches throughout Beijing, and locals love it too!
