■ I liked this!
- The excellent exhibition composition by era allowed me to see Busan's history and culture at a glance
- Well-written exhibition descriptions in Korean and English, intuitive flow, and clean exhibition hall structure
- There were many corners for the whole family to experience and learn, such as the children's experience center, video center, and docent-guided tour
- Free admission, so it's perfect for enjoying cultural activities without burden
■ Museum atmosphere
Upon entering the entrance, the grand building and modern exterior catch the eye first, and the interior is bright and spacious, so it was comfortable even when there were many visitors. Thanks to the quiet and stable atmosphere, I was able to focus on the works and artifacts and look around slowly.
■ Location & Directions
The UN Memorial Park and Peace Park are close by the main exhibition hall, making it convenient for a day trip. It's about a 15-minute walk from Exit 3 of Daeyeon Station on Busan Subway Line 2, and there is ample parking, so I recommend driving. ■ Visiting tips
- You can leisurely tour the museum if you go on a weekend morning
- Be sure to check the official website for experience events, special exhibitions, and closing days in advance
- If you visit the nearby park, you can enjoy a whole day
■ Disappointing points
- Some experience spaces require advance reservations, making it difficult to participate spontaneously, and the cafe and convenience space are relatively small
- Drinks and food are prohibited, so you must prepare simple snacks outside in advance
- There are regular closing days such as Mondays, so it is essential to check the schedule before visiting
