This is a stall that stands out in Bupyeong Market, Busan for its unique offering. Its signature item is a glutinous rice cake called Meossungmeossuk that is made with Jeju mugwort, glutinous rice flour, and regular rice flour. I love the layers of texture of it! It’s chewy and the cream filling was cold and smooth, balanced out by the red bean paste, it’s also covered generously with bean powder.
