Anantara Chiang Mai Resort blends historical and contemporary architecture impressively. At its heart is the former British Consulate, now The Service 1921 restaurant, maintaining its refined colonial charm. The resort’s accommodation is styled in a modern Lanna fashion, using warm teakwood, sleek lines, and subtle northern Thai touches for comfort and elegance. Rooms are spacious, chic, and sunlit. Service was superb overall—particularly Khun Kevin, whose gracious and attentive manner truly welcomed me. The highlight is the breakfast, offering a generous buffet and an elegant à la carte menu, with each dish crafted with care and resembling fine dining. Undoubtedly, it's the finest breakfast in Chiang Mai.
