During my trip to Fukuoka, I stopped by for lunch 🍽
I was excited to visit this restaurant where you can enjoy dishes prepared by a highly skilled chef who is a medalist of the World Culinary Olympics ✨

The vegetable pasta on this day was served with a creamy sauce! It had a Japanese-style seasoning, homemade pancetta, and plenty of Itoshima vegetables. There were so many vegetables that they might have outnumbered the noodles 🥬

The meal also came with salad, bread, and soup 🥗
The bread was refillable, which was a nice touch! The soup was a pumpkin soup, and the salad dressing was made with beets 🩷

The restaurant was fully booked and bustling with customers! Thank you for the delicious meal 🙏
