This is a bento souvenir specialty store of "Original Hakata Mentai-ju," the store that originated "mentai-ju" located inside JR Kyushu Hakata Station.

Rice is topped with chopped seaweed, and on top of that is a single piece of mentaiko wrapped in thin kelp.
It is a simple mentaiko that goes well with white rice, and is eaten with mentaiko sauce.
