I spent hours at Edinburgh Castle (£19.50 entry), soaking up the views over the city and learning its stories. The contrast of the medieval Old Town with the elegant New Town made wandering around a joy. Arthur’s Seat was a highlight—free to climb and offering breathtaking panoramas 🌿. Nearby, Calton Hill was perfect for a sunset view of the skyline.
