Weekend in Hefei: 2 Days and 1 Night in Luzhou

Hefei was one of the destinations recommended by the CCTV Spring Festival Gala special program in 2024. I was lucky enough to visit in October 2024. 📸 Hefei is suitable for visiting all year round, but don't forget to check the weather forecast in advance.
🗺️ 2-day, 1-night itinerary (check the map, no repeated routes, can be done in reverse)
📆 Day 1:
Sanhe Ancient Town (lunch) → Chaohu Riverside National Wetland Park → Hechai 1972 → Xiaoyaojin Park & Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street (dinner)
📆 Day 2:
China Baohe Park → Luogang Park → Leijie (lunch) → Anhui Museum (new museum) → Return

🎒 Backpack:
🕶️ 1. Soft (sunscreen + sunblock spray) and hard (sunglasses + sunblock clothing + sun hat + sunblock sleeves + sun umbrella) sun protection;
👟 2. Wear sneakers;
🥤 3. Thermos, water, and portable snacks;
📷 4. Waterproof, anti-shake sports camera, drone (optional).
🏨 Accommodation:
1. It is recommended to choose accommodation near the attractions you plan to visit the next morning;
2. Accommodation and dining in Hefei are very cost-effective. Even in the pedestrian street or near the subway entrance, you can stay in a clean, safe, and hygienic chain hotel for less than ¥150.
🥢 Dining:
1. "Kawanka": A local tea chain in Hefei, famous for its pearl milk tea;
2. "Zhanji Peach Crisp": A local pastry chain in Hefei, the peach crisp is delicious and can be stored at room temperature for 5-8 days, making it a great souvenir to take home.
🗺️ Transportation:
1. It is recommended to take the subway + taxi/shared bike to get around Hefei, which can cover most places;
2. There is public transportation or carpooling to Sanhe Ancient Town;
3. There are airport express buses and business cars to the city center directly outside the terminal at Hefei Airport. You can scan the QR code to enter the "Hefei Airport Express" mini program, select your destination, place an order, and pay. You can get an invoice after the order is completed. It takes 60 minutes to get to the hotel and costs ¥30-40 per person.
