① İnci Cave Restaurant

This is the place to try Cappadocia's signature pot kebab! Once you order, the food is prepared right before your eyes, and you even get to break the pot, making for a truly wonderful experience. The atmosphere is cave-like, and the food is amazing! ☺️⭐️

I visited this place for lunch. The reason I came was to try the "Adana Kebab," which the hotel staff told me was delicious. It's a kebab found in the Adana region. It's made with lamb, but it's mildly spicy and addictive. ☺️⭐️
