After that, the Shamian Concession appeared. After visiting the museum, you will deeply realize that the transition from the Thirteen Hongs to Shamian is also a history of the decline of the Qing Dynasty.
- "History Exhibition of the Thirteen Hongs of Guangzhou in the Qing Dynasty" displays the history of the Thirteen Hongs from glory to demise, as well as historical events such as China's foreign trade, through a large number of precious historical documents and cultural relics. "Exhibition of Donations by Wang Heng and Feng Jie" exhibits donated precious cultural relics from the Thirteen Hongs period of the Qing Dynasty, including Guangzhou porcelain, pith paintings, and Cantonese embroidery, covering the main export crafts of Guangzhou in the Qing Dynasty.
🚗Transportation: - Subway: Take subway Line 6 or 8 to Cultural Park Station, and exit from Exit A, B, or D. It is a few minutes' walk from the station.
- Bus: You can take bus routes 31, 38, 57, 131B, 208, etc. to Cultural Park Station, or take bus routes 79, 79A, 114, etc. to Kangwang South Road Station.
💗Other tips: Like other museums, it is closed on Mondays. Since it is located in Cultural Park, it is recommended to visit it together with Cultural Park.
