Environment:
Sisters who love secluded countryside getaways are in for a treat (in a good way). The 10+ minute approach to the homestay is via rural roads, but the place itself is a hidden gem. Though not very large, the homestay features minimalist yet innovative design with lush vegetation, clearly well-maintained with care. The lifeguard by the pool was constantly skimming leaves, and the swimming experience was great too.

Service:
The exceptional service might be why the overall rating is so high. Before check-in, the butler Xiaohong creates a group chat where any requests are promptly addressed—probably the fastest response and most comprehensive amenities/services I've experienced in any homestay. Btw, the laundry room access is a real bonus.

Other:
The homestay's café is super photogenic indoors, and the drinks are decent too. During Labor Day, they organized activities like lacquer fans, arrow throwing, and handmade fans, which were quite fun. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, making it a blast with my girlfriends.

The only downside is that the restaurant only offers hot pot (dinner) and set meals (lunch). If you prefer à la carte dining, you'll have to head to Zheng Guo's farmhouse restaurants.
