The first-floor lounge is spacious and grand. The 'Song' restaurant features exquisite Chinese design reminiscent of the Xiamen Waldorf. The true highlight of this hotel is its floral art🌿. With elegant curves akin to Japanese arrangements, it beautifully adorns every space.

💡The downsides...
The guest rooms feel too much like a business hotel, lacking luxury. And being in Hangzhou without a West Lake view is the biggest letdown! 🏞️

While the service is decent, there’s nothing particularly extraordinary. However, its location near West Lake alone makes it a recommendable choice!

For those interested in design, it’s worth a visit. But if you want to immerse yourself in the charm of West Lake, you might want to consider other options.
