If you are looking for a brunch place in Hanoi that is both pretty for taking pictures and has a diverse menu, Not So Early will definitely be on the list. The space is decorated in a minimalist style but still cozy, with lots of natural light, extremely suitable for leisurely weekend mornings or brunch with friends.

📌 Experience the actual food
• 🦀 Catch Me Crab Me – 8/10
Crab bread, moderately fatty sauce, quite a lot of toppings. This is my favorite dish at the table, not too greasy and quite “worth the money”.

• 🍍 Hawaiian Pizza – 6.5/10
The pizza crust is okay, the cheese is ok, but the taste is a bit sweet, leaning towards pineapple, suitable for those who like the “sweet & savory” taste.
• 🥗 Green Salad – 3/10
Big minus points, the vegetables are not too fresh and the dressing is quite bland, not enough to be called a “fresh salad” in the true sense.

• 🧀🍯 Cheesy Honey – 5/10
Strange idea, the melted cheese looks nice, but the honey is a bit too much, the taste is harsh and easy to get sick of.

👉 Summary: The dishes have good and bad dishes, you should try the best-sellers like Catch Me Crab Me to be sure. The biggest plus point is the beautiful space, standard Pinterest vibe – extremely sparkling in pictures, definitely satisfying the team who loves taking pictures.

• Minus points: The quality of the dishes is not consistent, some dishes are creative but the taste is not very “matching”.

💡 Suggestion for you: If it is your first time, you should try Catch Me Crab Me + a cold drink, easy to eat and suitable for taking pictures.
