🏍 Muffins by the Sea at Corail Cafe and Labo, Hayama

While riding through the coastal roads of Hayama, we made a scenic stop at Corail Cafe and Labo, a cozy seaside café operated by Hayama Hotel Otomori. Located near Chojagasaki Beach, this small café offers only counter seating—both indoors and out on the terrace—with a view that makes you want to stay longer than planned.

The display case was filled with freshly baked muffins, and I went with the plain one—simple but incredibly tasty! Soft, moist, and just the right amount of sweetness. Sometimes the simplest things really do hit the spot.

Though the summer heat still lingered, there was a hint of autumn in the air. Riding along the coast with the breeze, then stopping for a peaceful moment by the sea… it was the perfect way to savor the changing season.
