Most of the sightseeing is within Hiroshima City, making it easy to explore. ✨
We recommend visiting the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and Shukkeien Garden in the morning! I went to both places between 10:00 and 12:00 and was able to get in easily, but I was surprised by the lines when I left. 😳
Hiroshima has a well-developed public transportation system, but they're all close to each other and I was able to easily get around on foot. 🙆♀️
Itsukushima Shrine is a 15-minute ferry ride away. ⛴️
