This evening at Quan Gu Co Gu in Saigon, there's something about the atmosphere that warms and takes you back in time. The restaurant's vintage decor blends with a touch of old Vietnam. Soft 80s music plays under the soft lights of paper lanterns. The atmosphere is calming and open, perfect for long conversations on a night when you're not in a rush to go home.
I've gathered a group of old friends here. We ordered a variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes, from sizzling hot pots to spicy snacks that pair perfectly with local beer. While waiting for our food, the conversation slowly drifted to past trips. We reminisced about the mountains in northern Vietnam, the long train ride to Hanoi, or the early morning wake-up call to see the sea of clouds in Dalat.
This evening at Quan Gu Co Gu became more than just a meal. It was a time to reminisce and plan new trips. The laughter, the clinking of spoons, and the sparkling eyes as they talked about their destinations were indescribably memorable. #Vietnam
