These fried rice noodles are made with premium rice noodles, rich in flavor, and have a great wok hei. It also contains a good amount of seafood, making it not too greasy.

💫Home-cooked Seaweed Sprouts:
This dish is made with seaweed sprouts and chicken broth. The seaweed sprouts are fresh and sweet, and the chicken broth is flavorful. The broth is clear and sweet but still rich. This has become one of my favorite dishes recently.

💫Stone Pot Silky Tofu:
This stone pot silky tofu is pan-fried in a stone pot until the surface is golden brown, while the inside remains tender and smooth. It has a rich flavor and a unique aroma. I highly recommend this‼️

💫Drunken Mantis Shrimp:
The mantis shrimp is handled to retain its fresh and sweet taste, with the shrimp meat remaining tender. The wine aroma is very strong.

🤔Spicy Clams:
The clams are paired with a spicy sauce that is not too overpowering. The spiciness is just right, enhancing the seafood flavor, making it irresistible.

💫Golden Lotus Leaf Bun:
The lotus leaf bun is crispy on its own, and when paired with fragrant shredded meat, it offers a rich aroma and texture. Each bite is layered and truly memorable.
