At the beginning of May, I went again to my favorite restaurant to eat😎
They are currently holding the Turbo Shell Festival🥰
This time there are many new dishes😁
I have always liked the teppanyaki before
Recently, they added steamed egg custard and seafood hot pot, which are also pretty good👍🏻😎
💫Satay Seafood Hot Pot
This is made with a satay sauce base, filled with fresh seafood like shrimp, clams, and fish balls, cooked together into a steaming hot pot with a rich and delicious flavor.
💫Steamed Egg Custard with Clams
Clams are placed on top of the smooth steamed egg custard, and after steaming, the fresh flavor of the clams seeps into the egg custard, delicate and tasty.
💫Golden Lotus Leaf Bun
This is a dish I’ve recently come to really like. It has a bun that has a texture similar to fried mantou. Then the bun is split open halfway, filled with shredded meat and onions, all stir-fried to a fragrant perfection. Eating it together with the bun is super delicious👍🏻
💫Malaysian Style Stir-fried Water Spinach
Water spinach stir-fried with Sabah sauce, slightly spicy and very flavorful.
💫Garlic Steamed Turbo Clams
This dish uses a large amount of garlic, paired with turbo clams (which we often call razor clams), steamed to bring out a rich and fresh sweetness.
