The signature German pork knuckle 🐖 weighs 1kg and is quite filling. The skin of the pig's trotter is crispy, the meat is tender and not dry, and the saltiness is moderate. The taste is even better when paired with mustard seed cream sauce. The side dishes include sauerkraut, roasted potatoes and roasted carrots to neutralize the greasiness.

The signature shredded BBQ pork sandwich is made with sourdough bread, which is chewy and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is filled with BBQ sauce shredded roast pork, served with shredded cabbage salad, with rich texture and flavor, and delicious crispy French fries, which is very rich.
