During my Hong Kong budget food hunt, this Tori Soboro dish was a surprise favourite. It’s just minced teriyaki chicken, scrambled eggs, and rice—yet somehow, every bite felt like home. The soft egg balanced perfectly with the sweet-savoury chicken, and I finished the whole bowl in minutes.
I sipped on an ice lemon tea that was freshly brewed and not overly sweet, which made it extra refreshing. The café was filled with vintage details and a cosy charm that made it a perfect mid-day break. Small price, big comfort—can’t ask for more.
