Hong Kong Marriott Golden Palace Michelin One Star - The Legendary Concubine Char Siu

Sisters! I have an announcement! This hidden Michelin one-star restaurant in the Marriott Hotel has completely deepened my love for "high-end Chinese cuisine." From the environment and service to every dish, it truly deserves that shining star above!

As soon as you enter, you’re greeted by a Chinese-style decor. The glass chandelier in the lobby is very elegant, and the corners are adorned with tasteful Chinese artworks. The service is attentive, with soft-spoken staff, giving you a genuine feeling of being "pampered in the palm of their hand" with utmost respect!

🌟 Concubine Char Siu + Golden Palace Dried Abalone Puff
The Concubine Char Siu is a must-order! Hong Kong really knows how to make char siu, with a perfect balance of fat and lean, tender and juicy meat! The abalone puff - the abalone is thoughtfully cut into three pieces, with a base of diced chicken and mushrooms, every bite bursting with crispy texture and abalone aroma~

🌟 Golden Shadow Jade Delicacy
The lobster meat is incredibly fresh, sweet, and bouncy, cooked to a perfect medium rare, with an exceptional texture. The steamed egg base is infused with broth made from lobster heads! This is my favorite dish 👍

🌟 Snow Cabbage with Scallop and Kanto Sea Cucumber
Sea cucumber and scallops are two of my favorite ingredients. The sea cucumber lies beneath scallops with a slightly crispy seared exterior and smooth texture. The snow cabbage bits sprinkled on top add an unexpectedly savory flavor.

🌟 Playful Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork
Not your ordinary sweet and sour pork! Half is traditional pork sweet and sour, while the other half surprisingly features deep-fried dough sticks stuffed with shrimp paste!

🌟 Claypot Mud Carp Congee
Looks simple but hides great skill! The slow-cooked congee base is simmered until the rice grains completely dissolve, then fresh mud carp meat is added daily, making it super fresh and sweet!

🌟 Freshly Ground Pistachio Drink + Summer Fruit Jujube Puff
The freshly ground pistachio is so rich it clings to the spoon, served warm with a strong nutty aroma! The puff pastry is filled with jujube paste and topped with crushed pistachios.

🍷 Must-Try Segment | Wine Pairing Full of Surprises
The sommelier recommends different wines for different dishes.
For example, the oily char siu pairs with refreshing champagne,
seafood and sweet and sour pork pair with fruity white wine,
and there are also sweet dessert wines to finish the meal.
