Early morning at The Peak Hong Kong – 360-degree view

🗻✨ Early morning at The Peak Hong Kong – 360-degree view with a moment that’s just ours

Today we woke up very early because we planned to take the Peak Tram to The Peak, the most famous 360-degree viewpoint in Hong Kong. The main goal was to take photos without anyone in the frame!

We arrived near the tram boarding point around 8 AM. Honestly, at first, we couldn’t find the entrance 😂 Walked around for a bit but asked some locals, and everyone was super helpful and kind. Finally, we found the entrance.

When we got to the tram station, there were as few people as expected! The tram we rode was pretty empty. The view on the way up was steep and beautiful, watching Hong Kong slowly shrink below us, like we were climbing to the top of the city.

📸 As soon as we got to the top, we hurried up to Sky Terrace 428, the main 360-degree viewpoint said to have the best view in Hong Kong – and it really was! The morning light was just right, no one blocking the frame, so we could take photos chill and easy. Every angle was beautiful, and the view of the buildings on the Victoria Harbour side was breathtaking.

Looking down below, you could see both Kowloon and Hong Kong Island, with the skyline cutting against the soft morning light. It felt like a postcard city.

🌿 Below the viewpoint, there’s The Peak Galleria mall area with coffee shops to rest and souvenir shops, but we chose to walk around and enjoy the view again because the atmosphere was so nice.

💡 Tips for anyone wanting beautiful photos without people

We recommend arriving around 7:30-8:00 AM.

Don’t forget to find the Peak Tram entrance in advance so you don’t get lost like we did.

The right side of the tram going up has better views.

Morning light = soft light, perfect for beautiful people shots and stunning views.

In summary, coming to The Peak early morning is totally worth it! You get a peaceful vibe, beautiful photos, no crowds, and world-class views. It’s one of the trips where we really felt it was just “right” 💙
