Haishan Panshen is a Japanese-Korean fusion shop inside Ipmencho Market, Tsuen Wan New Terrace Phase 2. It specializes in sukiyaki and Teppanyaki cuisine. It is decorated in a summer ocean style and is great for taking pictures. Their sukiyaki uses Australian wagyu beef or black-haired pork, the meat is tender, the sauce is sweet and salty, and is served with tofu, vegetables, and udon. I tried the beef and onion-oil pork chop for the rice. They are crispy and have rice crumbs. A must-try for heavy flavors. Lunch will also be served with kimchi and soup, which is affordable, perfect for families or gatherings with friends.
