Staying at Grand Hyatt Jeju, located within the stunning Jeju Dream Tower, was hands down the highlight of our Jeju trip. The hotel's sleek, modern lobby design and stunning bear decoration made a memorable first impression. The staff were very polite and willing to go the extra mile, even arranging a large taxi for our group.

Our room was a serene retreat, with breathtaking city views and all the comforts of home. The beautiful bathroom was a highlight, featuring a spacious soaking tub that was perfect for unwinding after a long day. We enjoyed the hotel's buffet, which offered a delicious spread of dishes.

Although we didn't have time to explore the hotel's shopping area, we ventured out in the evenings to try some local restaurants, including a fantastic ginseng chicken and BBQ black pork. The hotel's location proved to be perfect for accessing popular dining spots and shopping centers like E-Mart and Lotte Mall.
