Ji'an Lotus Park

Ji'an Lotus Park is located on Xinjian Street, Ji'an City, Jilin Province (southeast of Ji'an Municipal Government). This is a lotus-themed park with beautiful scenery. Stroll along the green forest path, admire the blooming lotus flowers, and feel the tranquility and harmony of nature. It is a great place to relax.

It is surprising to see such a large lotus park in Ji'an: the authentic northeast reveals the gentleness of Jiangnan. Legend has it that the lotus in Ji'an was brought to the mortal world by the lotus fairy from heaven to save the people of Goguryeo who were suffering from disasters. On the fifteenth day of the seventh lunar month every year, the lotus fairy would descend to visit all the lotus flowers. The Goguryeo people loved lotus flowers very much, and they believed that lotus flowers were a symbol of beauty, kindness, and holiness. The people of Ji'an love lotus flowers, and it can be said that the Lotus Park is a folk landmark of Ji'an.
